Contractor will assist participants in overcoming barriers to employment, to obtain employment outcomes that match their interests, goals, and abilities, and are available in the current labor market. The Contractor will work with individuals referred by VR and will also refer potential clients to VR so that VR can determine if they are eligible for VR services. VR is looking for providers who know best how to meet the cultural, linguistic, and employment service needs of those whose intersectional identity includes disabilities that are a barrier to employment.
