The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the Salem Motor Pool Solar Panel Array Project (the Project) for the benefit of the Department of Administrative Services (the Contract), with a Project goal to back feed the grid and offset the cost of EV charging stations located at the Salem Motor Pool. The work to be performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work.
