The review will include a report on the reasonableness of SAIF's reserves and the adequacy of surplus. Resulting contract will be for up to 5 years of actuarial reviews of SAIF.

The Agency is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award. Negotiations with the apparent winning proposer have been terminated.
