The above items and pricing are considered the "Core Items LIst" in the resulting price agreement. For an initial term of two years, not to exceed six years, price agreement will also include full catalog of other EMLID or equivalent GNSS RTK receivers and related parts, supplies, consumables, software, and services, as applicable. Do not submit pricing for this line - see Exhibit A of the Sample Price Agreement. Contractor and Agency shall negotiate mutually acceptable pricing on a case-by-case basis.
