For an initial term of two years, not to exceed six years, price agreement will include the items above as well as any other items from Defense Technology; and related parts, supplies, consumables, launchers, and services, as applicable. Do not submit pricing for this line - see Exhibit A of the Sample Price Agreement. Contractor and Agency shall negotiate mutually acceptable pricing on a case-by-case basis.
