We are seeking a consultant to do three things. 1. Conduct a literature review to answer the research questions set in statute, to study the compostability of covered products and the effects of covered products on composting systems. 2. Conduct 30-40 interview with partners to better understand how covered products are impacting their operations. 3. Draft a final report that includes both a summary of findings from the literature review and interviews, and recommendations for reducing environmental impacts of covered products.
