The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a Contract to furnish all equipment and labor to perform Mechanical Mastication Non-Commercial Thinning for the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) under the Good Neighbor Authority Agreement with the US Forest Service on the Umatilla National Forest. The project area location is Township 7 South, Range 35 East W.M., portions of sections 1, 12, and 13 Grant County Oregon. Work to begin December 1, 2022.
