The helicopter will be used for bucket work (application of water or other fire suppression chemicals) and movement of cargo. The helicopter's Primary Base will be located at the Grant County Regional Airport, near John Day, OR. Refer to Attachment A-Sample Contract, Exhibit A-Statement of Work for details.
