The helicopter will be used for transporting personnel, bucket work (application of water or other fire suppression chemicals) and movement of cargo. The helicopter's Primary Base will be located near Klamath Falls, OR. Refer to Attachment A-Sample Contract, Exhibit A-Statement of Work for details.

After issuing the initial Intent to Award (ITA) Notice, ODF determined that the highest-ranking Proposal did not meet the Responsibility requirement because it was unable to secure the helicopter that it needed to meet the obligations of the contract. Therefore, ODF is issuing a new ITA Notice for the next highest-ranking Proposal, which is Guidance Air Service, LLC. Attachment File Changes: Header 1.
