ODFW is seeking a Contractor to provide a helicopter, experienced pilot, fuel truck and driver to fly three (3) Agency biologists to conduct surveys of free ranging elk in Coos and Douglas counties. Flights are expected to occur between Feb 1, thru Feb 28. Approximately 30 hours of flight time is expected to be utilized per year.
