The Department of Fish and Wildlife, working in conjunction with the United States Forest Service, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a Contract for the delivery of Log Haul Services in the Upper Umpqua region. The goal of this restoration project is to fall, yard, and haul hazard and wildfire damaged trees and stockpile for instream placement to enhance fish habitat and support salmon restoration.
