The Agency is seeking a Contractor to provide a Helicopter, experienced Pilot, and support services including a fuel truck with licensed driver, to fly ODFW employees to survey elk herds in portions of the Cascade Mountains and Coast Range of NW Oregon. The period of performance in which the Agency will conduct surveys is January 15, 2025, through March 15, 2025. The term of the Contract is anticipated to be five years.
