The Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a Contractor to provide two (2) helicopters, two (2) experienced pilots, and one fuel truck and driver to fly biologists to conduct surveys of Sage-Grouse lek sites in Harney County and Malheur County, Oregon. ODFW anticipates conducting the surveys starting April 1, 2025, and ending on or before April 15th, 2025. ODFW anticipates using up to 60 flight hours to complete the required surveys.
