STATUS UPDATE - Three proposals were received in response to the RFP: ZeroBase Energy LLC, American Power Systems LLC, and Delta Electronics (USA) Inc. ODOT Wireless Group staff members will be reviewing the proposals at a meeting scheduled for June 15, 2023.

PROPOSAL SCORING RESULTS AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: ODOT scored two proposals; one was determined non-responsive. A matrix of scores is available for download on the Attachments tab. This is ODOT's notice of its intent to award a price agreement to ZeroBase Energy, Inc., pending successful negotiations.
