Addendum 1 provides the voluntary prebid meeting agenda and sign in roster as attachments in Oregonbuys and also answers 3 questions asked during the project walkthrough. Answers to questions can be found on Addendum 1 document also in the attachments tab in Oregonbuys.
Questions/Answers
1. would there be water supplied to the roof for their pressure washers? Yes owner will provide water for the contractor.
2. Goose droppings will need to be swept first and bagged and removed from the roof, no washing it down the downspouts.
3. Does the water coming off the roof need to be contained and not allowed into the storm system? As long as no cleaning products other than water are used we do not need containment for the storm drains.

Provide information on two approved equal brands which were submitted for review meeting the solicitation deadline for requests for approval. Both submitted brands have been APPROVED for this project as approved equal brands for this project.
