There is an error in the Request for Competitive Quotes (RFCQ). There is a table/box called "Exhibits" that should not be there (between Award Information and Instructions for submitting a quote). The items listed - Specifications, Standard Terms and Conditions, and Insurance Requirements - are available in the sample contract.
