Marion County (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals for Respite Janitorial Services for use by County to provide on-call janitorial cleaning, emergency cleaning, and biohazard cleaning services at County-operated respite and residential facilities. The awarded proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), materials, transportation, disposal services, and other resources necessary to perform the services described in this RFP. Services will be performed in residential/respite environments and may involve sensitive circumstances, bodily fluids, infectious materials, hazardous substances, and confidential resident information. The awarded proposer must therefore demonstrate appropriate experience, training, staffing, safety procedures, and response capabilities.
