After numerous rounds of questions and answers, and input from the vending community, through multiple pre-bid conferences, DAS PS elected to move straight to Step Three in the solicitation. Addendum No. 5 (12-20-2022_Kim O'Neill) removes Step Two of the solicitation process, all documents are now required in Step Three-bid submittal.
