tatutory Authority and Cooperative Contract Basis This procurement is conducted pursuant to ORS 279A.220 (Interstate Cooperative Procurements), 2 CFR Section 200.318(e), and FTA Circular 4220.1G, utilizing competitively solicited pricing and terms established under Sourcewell Contract #021825-CPI (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Infrastructure Solutions with Related Software). Contract Value and Pricing Schedule Breakdown The procurement is supported by two official vendor quotations issued under Sourcewell Contract #021825-CPI: Quote #Q-666043-1 (CY2026 Renewal): Covers 10 BEB units for Calendar Year 2026 (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026) in the firm-fixed amount of $9,720.00.
