The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and its Stabilization and Crisis Unit (SACU), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for one or more Contractors to provide fee-for-service Representative Payee Services for Beneficiaries of Social Security benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, Veterans Administration benefits, Tribal benefits, or earned wages and other sources of income. The fee-for-service representative payee will provide services to Individuals who experience Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), living in Homes operated by ODDS SACU, or who will live in Homes operated by ODDS SACU that are developed during the term of the Contract.
