ODHS anticipates the award of one Contract from this RFP for services statewide, and the successful Proposer must show they can provide services in all areas of Oregon. However, ODHS may independently negotiate with some Proposers for certain services included in their Proposals that are identified by ODHS to have potential benefits as separate services provided on a more limited or selective basis, either in conjunction with the primary Contract awarded by this RFP or as an independent service, to supplement or enhance new or existing services in certain areas.
