The Oregon Department of State Police (OSP) is requesting quotes for two aircraft camera installation kits to the specifications listed below. The successful offeror agrees to deliver F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, shipping costs INCLUDED in the quote, to zip code 97317. A purchase order will be offered to the company "whose quote will best serve the interests of the contracting agency, taking into account price as well as considerations including, but not limited to, experience, expertise, product functionality, suitability for a particular purpose and contractor responsibility under ORS 279B.110" (ORS 279B.070). The purchase order shall include the Standard Oregon Terms & Conditions for the purchase of goods, a copy of which is attached to this solicitation. No other terms & conditions will apply unless agreed to specifically in writing. **ALL ITEMS QUOTED MUST BE BRAND NEW, FACTORY-SEALED, WITH FULL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH NO MARKS, SCRATCHES, DEBRIS OR ADHESIVE RESIDUE. USED OR "REFURBISHED" ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.** With your quote, please include the FAA STC LoA #/s. Also include ETA from receipt of order. OSP wishes to receive this by the end of August, if possible.
