The Oregon Department of State Police is requesting quotes for one acoustic hailing device (AHD) system (LRAD 450XL or equal). The system should be able to mount on a vehicle (Lenco Bearcat) and as a portable AHD with a tripod. Additionally, the sound amplification should be such that clear voice communication can be made to a distance of one mile.
