The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has decided to reject all offers per Section C.3.12.1 and OAR 731-005-0680 of Invitation to Bid No. 73000-000013545, US 95 Crack Seal Advance Work Project. The rejection of offers is due to an error in the Solicitation document that unnecessarily restricted competition for the Contract. ODOT does intend to resolicit this project again in the future with alterations to the project completion timelines, it shall be posted on OregonBuys and this will provide an opportunity for your continued participation in the potential project.
