The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has decided to reject all offers per Section 8.1 of Invitation to Bid No. 73000-00014019/ODOT Salem Bldg M Sound Baffles. The rejection of offers is being applied according to (OAR 137-047-0650) and (ORS279B.100).
ODOT does intent to resolicit this project with product delivery dates that are extended further in the year to compliment the manufacture of the product requested.
